GK80700-CD3 FIBC bag making machine, hereinafter called 80700CD3, it is heavy duty, high speed, two needle four thread, chainstitch FIBC bag making machine. Upper and lower feeding mechanism, 2 independent rows double chain stitch, filler cord guide from top and/or bottom for sealing the needle punctures at left needle (the filler cord can from both top and bottom, also it can be only from top or from bottom).

80700CD3 heavy duty FIBC bag making sewing machine is with built-in thread chain cutter. Large working space under arm because of the top feeding mechanism is in housing. Adjustable stitch length 6-12mm, use Polypropylene thread 4000D, the sewing thickness can up to 18mm.

80700CD3 is for all seams of container bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags and big bags for simultaneously attaching belts, inserting top covers, attaching filling and discharging tubes. Also suitable for Geotextiles sewing applications.

Also it can be used as single needle machine, just remove one needle to realize it.

The pneumatic foot lifter and hot thread chain cutter are available (Please refer to model GK80700-CD4 and GK80700-CD5).
